Bootcamp Republic is a non-flashy, no gimmick, work hard and get results bootcamp. Tired of the boring gym not being effective? We are too! Held outside in a park, river promenade, beach or other recreational area near you, our bootcamps use the natural environment and your own body weight to get you in shape. You trim, tone and strengthen your stomach, butt, arms, chest, thighs, and legs and increase your cardio-vascular capacity. This means that you do exercises such as sit-ups, squats, lunges, running, stairs and obstacles. You workout both individually and as a team.

We limit the size of our bootcamps to deliver semi-personal training to you. Your trainers are friendly yet tough, motivating leaders who understand your fitness level and goals. They always pull your best effort out of you.

During your bootcamp workouts, your trainers ensure that you are using the proper form to be effective. You maintain a higher level of exercise that you would not otherwise achieve without the guidance of your trainer and the sheer motivation and enthusiasm of the group.
