This is a comprehensive assessment where your Nutritionist analyzes your food intake, Body Mass Index (BMI), and eating behavioral habits. Your Nutritionist teaches you how to break old habits and helps you focus on implementing permanent changes by providing you with methods and a personalized eating regiment to help reach your goals. All services included in this program are delivered by email and telephone.

First Week

  • Initiate your personalized program by completeing a comprehensive one-week food intake and goals survey


Second Week

  • Complete analysis of your survey by your Nutritionist
  • Food intake analysis

  • Personal weight loss and nutritional goals assessment
  • In-depth thirty-minute phone consultation with your Nutritionist to discuss your current eating regimen, habits and your BMI

Third Week

  • Suggestions and personal behavior change strategies to help create and maintain your healthy eating habits and reach your goals

These are multi-week programs to continually help you with long-term nutrition and weight loss success. Before enrolling in a monthly program, it is required that you purchase the initial Nutrition & Weight Loss Analysis, which empowers you with the understanding of where you are at now, and with the basic nutrition and weight loss knowledge necessary to work effectively with your Nutritionist during your monthly program to reach your goals.

Ongoing

  • Suggestions and behavioral change goals to help create and maintain your healthy eating habits are provided by your Nutritionist
  • Support and consulting from your Nutritionist throughout the entire program
  • Weekly check-ins as needed via email or telephone with your Nutritionist to monitor your progress and make any necessary changes to maximize effects
  • Access to your Nutritionist throughout the entire program to answer any questions
  • Structured calorie intake/food journal may be suggested by your Nutritionist as needed for you
  • Menus may be suggested by your Nutritionist as needed by you
  • Nutrition guideline documentation as specifically needed for you


When you sign-up for your next monthly program, your on-going relationship with your Nutritionist becomes deeper, more personal, and helps you reach your goals. Most people take a few months to change their eating habits to a new, healthier, permanent routine.

During your next program, you will receive a second analysis of your diet, which will be compared to your first analysis to assess progress. From there, your Nutritionist will work with you on further changes and perfect strategies you have already started.
