We are a fitness and wellness engagement company, and we carefully craft our programs to engage your employee population while combating their health needs. Some of the fitness options that we offer include yoga, bootcamp, pilates, stretch, walking, etc. Employers may choose to run our multi-week fitness programs or year-round ongoing classes. We can instruct in any space onsite such as a conference room, cafeteria, lobby, break room, etc., or take employees outdoors onsite or to a nearby park. Our group exercise instructors are certified, experienced, passionate, compassionate, and creative! We modify exercises in our classes so employees of all levels of fitness may participate.
